Headway Courier facilities operate primarily. Our mission is to turn inbound items as
quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 days, thereby getting your product to the end-user in the most
efficient manner. We know that when a customer commits to buying a product, they want
delivery of that product sooner rather than later.

Headway Courier is not licensed and will not transport the following items. Please speak to the dispatcher if there is any questions about your shipment prior to completing your order.

Should you or the cosigner, knowingly or unknowingly, cause us or our contractors to handle any of the Prohibited Items listed here, other than under special arrangements previously made in writing, we are under no liability whatsoever in connection with the parcel arising and you shall be liable for any and all loss or damage caused by, or in connection with the articles however arising and shall indemnify us against all penalties, claims, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever arising in connection therewith and the articles may be destroyed or otherwise dealt with at our sole discretion or by any other person in whose custody they may be at the relevant time.

We do not transport People, fine art, cash, illicit drugs, items that require refrigeration or monitored temperature cargo.

International deliveries may have additional restricted categories and specific items.  Please speak to our dispatcher if there are any questions regarding your shipment prior to placing your order.
We reserve the right to reject an item, parcel, or shipment that contains prohibited items.
